our rums undergo a meticulous finishing process in handpicked barrels to enrich their aromatic profiles and tasting nuances. The Master of the Florio Cellars meticulous ly oversees every facet of the Rump@blic Si cilian Legacy journey, from initial selection to maturation. This entails the discerning choice of Marsala casks, Zibibbo casks, or Sicilian wine casks, as well as the precise placement within the cellar to allow the gentle influence of the Mediterranean Sea breeze to impart the desired characteristics to Rump@blic. MIXOLOGY The project stems from the idea of creating perfect rum blends intended for cocktail mixing. Other rums from the “Rum Belt” were chosen together with a group of expe rienced bartenders to create contemporary rum blends that are excellent for making the most iconic and classic rum cocktails. Each blend has been expertly selected, bal anced and certified. Each multi-origin blend features unique organoleptic and sensory notes, indicated on the front label of the bot tle, perfect for making both the most con sumed cocktails and the most sophisticated.
