Whiskey production at Royal Oak Distillery represents a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, boasting the capacity to pro duce up to two million liters of pure alcohol annually, equivalent to six million bottles. As the sixth-largest distillery in Ireland, Royal Oak holds the distinction of being the first in dependently owned Irish distillery capable of producing all three types of Irish whiskey - pot still, malt, and grain - under one roof. At the heart of Royal Oak’s operation lies its ability to create a diverse range of whiskeys, including single pot still, single malt, single grain, and The Busker Blended Irish Whiskey, utilizing only the whiskeys crafted within its premises. This versatility is facilitated by the presence of four column stills and three pot stills, each contributing to the distinct charac ter of the final products.
