BLENDING AND BOTTLING Blending is when we mix our high and low rye whiskeys together. Up to this point these two whiskeys have been cooked, fermented, distilled, and aged separately. The two whis keys are blended to our taste profile in small, 20 barrel batches and then proofed using limestone filtered water from Sagamore Farm. The Spring House on Sagamore farm was built in 1909 and that year is reflected on our bottle. Limestone filters out iron and imbues the water with minerals like calci um. Once the whiskey is proofed it is hand bottled and will pass through 5 quality con trol check points.

After years of maturing and passing Sagamore’s rigorous quality standards throughout its journey, the whiskey receives its final label and is ready to be packaged and shipped around the world.
